Why is the rate higher than a classic mission?
A long mission at €850/day is about €106/h. Expert On Demand is €120/credit because you pay for flexibility (by the hour, no long commitment), reactivity (48 business hours) and access to a network without recruiting or contracting yourself, which removes friction and gets you moving faster. If the need becomes long, it switches automatically to the regular day rate.
How do I know which expert level I need?
You don't pick a profile. You buy a pack; we qualify each request together and mobilise the right mix. Consumption follows the activity level, not a job title: Production 1x, Analysis 1.5x, Mastery 2x.
Is qualification billed?
No. The counter only starts once we agree on the estimate together. Qualifying your request is free.
What happens if my credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months and roll over within that period. Unused credits at the end are lost, unless you renew or upgrade, in which case the remaining credits are transferred.
Can one pack cover several topics in parallel?
Yes. Credits are not tied to a topic. You can run several subjects in parallel, within the limit of your balance.
Which areas can I call on?
